I offer one-on-one sessions and small group workshops to help people become more embodied. This work is for anyone who feels disconnected or dissociated from their body, or anyone who would like to explore recurring physical and emotional ailments.
Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and desires. I incorporate yoga, guided meditation, breath work and somatic exercises, as well as journaling or art-making prompts. I always work from a trauma-informed place and use different techniques depending on what we are working on together. My goal is to create a practice with you that feels safe, grounding and freeing.

Private Trauma-Informed Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
I offer one-on-one trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness meditation sessions to help bring movement and sensation back, and to unwind trauma held in the body. For many people who experience trauma, it can feel unsafe to be in the body. We will work at your pace to slowly and safely resolve whatever issues you are dealing with physically, whether it be dissociation, having an overcharged nervous system, feeling frozen, numb or holding in certain parts of the body, or any other difficulties arising from trauma. Each session will be adapted to your needs. I do not ask for you to disclose your trauma, we only work from the body.

Available in Los Angeles and Idyllwild, CA. I have extensive experience in Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa (levels 1, 2, 3) as well as Restorative and Yin Yoga (27.5 CEU).
