I offer one-on-one sessions and small group workshops to help folks become more embodied. This is an open practice for people who want to come home to themselves and feel (good in) their body. This work is particularly beneficial for people who are dissociated or holding trauma in their bodies, however I also work with other folks trying to access different parts of themselves they feel disconnected to – intimacy, overly-anxious, too much in their heads, etc.
Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and desires. I incorporate yoga, guided meditation, visualizations, breath work and somatic exercises, as well as journaling or art-making prompts. I always work from a trauma-informed place and use different techniques depending on what we are working on together. My goal is to create a practice with you that feels safe, grounding and freeing. I will also provide you with the tools to enable you to do this work on your own, outside of our sessions.

Private Trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness meditation sessions
I offer one-on-one trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness sessions specifically to help bring movement and sensation back and to slowly unwind trauma being held in the body. For many people who experience trauma, it can feel unsafe to be in the body. We will work at your pace to slowly and safely resolve whatever issues you are dealing with, whether it be dissociation, having an over-charged nervous system, feeling frozen, numb or holding in certain parts of the body, and other difficulties arising from trauma. Each session will be adapted to your needs . I do not ask for you to disclose your trauma, we only work from the body. I am happy to answer any and all questions you may have about this work. Private yoga sessions are available in Los Angeles and Idyllwild, CA. I have extensive experience in Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa (levels 1, 2, 3) as well as Restorative and Yin Yoga (27.5 CEU). I work with whatever your needs, desires and abilities are. My aim is to help you find freedom (and joy!) in your body.
